Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Compliance Expert to support our organization in tax compliance and strategy.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting and finance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and file tax returns accurately and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Conduct comprehensive tax research and analysis to minimize liabilities and optimize the company's tax position.
  3. Manage tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities with professionalism and expertise.
  4. Provide guidance and support to internal teams on tax matters, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  5. Develop and implement tax strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  6. Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring timely implementation and compliance.
  7. Collaborate with external tax advisors as needed to leverage expert knowledge and stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Tax Specialist or similar role for at least 5 years.
  3. In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  5. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in relevant software and tools.
