Ambitious Community Outreach Professional

We are seeking an ambitious professional to join our team as a community outreach support.

The main objective of this role is to assist governments in developing policies and programs to achieve food security and reduce hunger and malnutrition.

• Provide oversight and quality assurance of the implementation of agreements with service providers for outreach activities.
• Support service providers in implementing integrated and holistic community outreach, including awareness and planning.
• Facilitate the development of detailed and realistic community outreach plans for empowering livestock farmers through Farmer Field Schools and community-wide interventions.
• Coordinate routine engagements with technical departments at district level for joint planning, technical backstopping, and supervision of outreach activities.
• Evaluate and ensure that all outreach groups have access to necessary learning materials, information, extension, and communication resources.

• Bachelor's degree in Livestock/Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science; Natural Resource Management, and Agriculture or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in livestock management, especially small ruminants.
• Working knowledge of English and fluency in Urdu and local languages spoken in the province.
• National of Pakistan.
