  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, content creators, and partners

  • Collaborate with content creators to produce product-specific videos and courses
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in community relations management or a related role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident on-camera presence for live sessions, webinars, and interviews
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to create engaging technical content
  • Familiarity with marketing channels such as affiliate marketing, organic marketing, and content marketing
  • Competent social media user, comfortable engaging with communities across online forums
  • Experience working with content creators to develop video tutorials, courses, or related media
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
