Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative graphic designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of how to create compelling visuals that drive engagement and boost sales, and the ability to think creatively and strategically.

  • Develop and design eye-catching and effective social media creatives that align with our brand and marketing goals.
  • Utilize data and insights to continuously improve creative performance and ensure designs are optimized for engagement and conversion.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our creatives remain cutting-edge.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Provide creative input and feedback during brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of innovative marketing campaigns.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and effective design work, proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, an excellent understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and typography, and familiarity with digital marketing principles.

Required Skills:
  1. Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and effective design work, preferably with a focus on Facebook ads and social media marketing.
  2. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  3. Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and typography.
  4. Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong attention to detail.
  5. Familiarity with digital marketing principles and the ability to interpret performance data to inform design decisions.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
