Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI Business Systems Analyst III to join our team at our Corporate Headquarters in Pittsburgh, Pa.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and knowledge of AI technologies and their potential applications in business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and/or mentoring a team of AI Business Systems Analysts
  • Acting as a senior advisor to management on AI technologies and their applications
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities
  • Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and patterns that can be leveraged to improve business performance
  • Developing and implementing advanced AI-based solutions that drive business growth and efficiency
  • Creating detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Ongoing research and training to stay abreast of the latest AI technologies and trends
  • Ensuring that AI-based solutions comply with legal and ethical standards
  • Testing – Ensuring that newly developed or enhanced computer systems are thoroughly tested and properly deployed
  • IT Liaison – Providing a bridge to lead/supplement communications between business areas and technical resources for design and development
  • Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Confident and comfortable working directly with people from various business units on ongoing education within AI technologies
  • Existing AI technology application knowledge, such as Python, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure ML, and Azure AI required
  • Knowledgeable and skilled in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power Apps required
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
  • Between 7 and 10 years of experience in business systems analysis, with a focus on AI
