Our team is seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our ranks. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and managing infrastructure using industry-leading IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Infrastructure Management: Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure using IaC tools, ensuring seamless deployment and reduced downtime.
  2. CI/CD Pipeline Optimization: Enhance and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated software deployments, minimizing manual intervention and increasing efficiency.
  3. Monitoring and Alerting Systems: Deploy and manage monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring system reliability and integrity.
  4. Containerization and Orchestration: Utilize Docker and Kubernetes to containerize and orchestrate applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance.
  5. Version Control and Collaboration: Administer version control systems like Git to facilitate collaboration and maintain code quality, streamlining development processes.
  6. Process Automation and Integration: Collaborate with development and operations teams to automate tasks, streamline processes, and address integration challenges, ensuring seamless workflow.
  7. Security Best Practices: Implement security best practices throughout the DevOps pipeline to ensure system and data integrity, protecting sensitive information from unauthorized access.
  8. Documentation and Communication: Document infrastructure, configurations, and processes comprehensively, ensuring clear communication and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3-6 years of experience in DevOps or a related field.
  • Profound knowledge of DevOps principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Ruby, or similar).
  • Familiarity with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
  • Competence with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Github Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
