We are seeking an experienced 3D Visualizer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visualizations that bring architectural designs to life.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their skills in 3ds max, Rhino, Vray, and other relevant software. They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with architects, designers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visualize architectural designs, both exterior and interior, to create stunning visuals that capture the essence of a project.
  • Work collaboratively with the architectural and 3D design teams to develop comprehensive visual strategies that meet project requirements.
  • Translate complex architectural concepts into engaging graphics and photo-realistic renderings.
  • Develop advanced presentations in various graphic mediums, ensuring creative deliverables meet high standards.
  • Lead and delegate tasks to the 3D Team, driving efficient workflow and quality outcomes.
  • Read and accurately interpret architectural illustrations, 2D CAD files, or other 3D modeling data to realize designs as compelling imagery.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in 3D visualization, preferably with a focus on architectural rendering.
  • Proficiency in 3ds max, Rhino, Vray, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your skills and experience.
