Job Overview:

This is a key leadership role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality medical services.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist the Director of Medical Services in strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Develop and implement effective medical systems and processes.
  • Ensure smooth operation of medical facilities, including diagnostics, laboratories, OT, ICU, CCU, and Emergency.
  • Supervise and manage medical staff, ensuring they meet performance expectations.

Staff Management:

  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Develop and maintain duty rosters, ensuring fair and reasonable workloads.
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance, goals, and concerns.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Provide regular reports to the Director of Medical Services on key performance indicators.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including staff, patients, and external partners.
  • Foster a culture of open communication and transparency within the department.

Education and Experience:

  • MBBS and preferably an MBA or other related specialization in medical care management.
  • Minimum 5 years administration experience in government, private, or non-government sectors.
