About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Media Strategist to lead our social media marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media marketing strategies that drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and social media marketing needs, ensuring a deep understanding of their objectives and expectations.
  • Strategy Development: Develop customized social media marketing strategies that align with clients' goals and objectives, leveraging industry trends and best practices.
  • Proposal Creation: Craft detailed proposals outlining the strategies, tactics, and expected outcomes for clients, providing transparency and clarity on project scope and deliverables.
  • Execution Management: Oversee the implementation of social media strategies, ensuring timely and effective execution, and making adjustments as needed to meet client goals.
  • Content Oversight: Ensure high-quality, engaging, and original content is produced and shared across all social media platforms, maintaining brand consistency and messaging.
  • Community Management: Foster and manage online communities, responding to comments, queries, and engaging with the audience in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and strategies, providing data-driven insights for future improvements.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in social media strategy and management, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in marketing principles and practices.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table, driving creative and effective solutions for clients.
  • Results-Driven: Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media campaigns, delivering measurable results and driving business growth.
