Enterprise Architecture Specialist Role Description

The Enterprise Architecture Specialist role involves designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient software architectures.

  • Key responsibilities include collaborating with product, marketing, and other engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development and project management, a solid understanding of various programming tools and development platforms, and excellent analytical and leadership skills.

  • This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a number of people across roles and levels, from engineers and scrum masters to product managers and customer support agents, to develop new product offerings and improve the efficiency of the solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and other engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient software architectures.

  • Create detailed technical specifications and design documents.

  • Guide and assist the development team throughout the process.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with coding or design.

  • Ensure adherence to development schedules and deadlines.

  • Presentation regular progress reports and set goals.

  • Test the final product to ensure it is completely functional and meets requirements.

  • Update software solutions as required.

  • Maintain accurate records of all technical decisions and developments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or relevant fields.

  • Extensive experience in software development and project management.

  • Solid understanding of a variety of programming tools and development platforms.

  • Highly analytical mindset, with an ability to see both the big picture and the details.

  • Demonstrated expertise in building Web Applications, Enterprise Applications, Web Services, and Management at scale.

  • Experience with Architectural patterns for High Availability, Performance, Scale Out architecture, Disaster Recovery, Security Architecture Knowledge of cloud-based architectures, deployment, and operational aspects of cloud technologies.

  • Software development experience in one or more programming languages - C#, Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
