Research Coordinator – Sexual and Reproductive Health

We are seeking a skilled Research Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring and evaluation, or academic research project/s on issues related to health, rights, gender, and sexuality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct relevant activities for ongoing research studies, including fieldwork.
- Develop research manuscripts, abstracts, and briefs for submission to journals and conferences.
- Facilitate components in developing quantitative and qualitative tools for collecting data for needs assessments, baseline studies, and output and impact level evaluations studies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (Minimum requirement)
- Minimum two years' experience of working in monitoring and evaluation, or academic research project/s on issues related to health, rights, gender, and sexuality
- Understanding of monitoring and evaluation systems and data collection in public health
- Experience with IRB review process and publishing research findings
- Strong data management and analytical background for both quantitative and qualitative data
Working Conditions:
- Flexibility to travel locally and internationally
About the Position:
- The Research Coordinator will work closely with the executive team to conceptualize programs, analyze data, and develop research manuscripts
- He/She will facilitate the development of research studies and tools, as well as support the Monitoring and Evaluation team in their tasks
