Data Insights Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Data Insights Marketing Specialist to drive evidence-based marketing in our organization.
The successful candidate will work across teams such as Sales, Product, Service, and IT to develop and maintain statistical models, advising on marketing investment. They will present complex analysis to stakeholders, both within and outside the business, in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for advanced data analysis, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to support data-driven marketing value capture.
- Conduct exploratory data analyses using machine learning to solve problems from ideation to production.
- Present findings, results, and performance metrics to various stakeholders, including senior management.
- Work with IT and Reporting teams to identify and develop relevant data sources.
- Operationalize and industrialize statistical models to meet performance metrics and ensure adoption within each region.
- Evangelize best practices and provide ongoing support and training to ensure effective interpretation of insight resources.
- Ensure insights, models, and analyses align with strategic objectives.
- Demonstrated knowledge of brand campaigns, online trends, and social media channels.
- Proficiency in reporting tools and social media platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills and professional presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, creative, and confident with a highly energetic personality.
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently and adapt to change.
- Customer service oriented and proficient in organizational planning with multi-tasking abilities.
