We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Service Engineer with expertise in water treatment technologies and chemicals to take on this exciting role.

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales by identifying customer needs and providing customized water treatment solutions.
  • Deliver expert technical service and client support to ensure optimal operation of water treatment systems.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and regular maintenance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Conduct regular troubleshooting and maintenance to guarantee systems operate at maximum efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and service of water treatment technologies and chemicals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to build long-lasting client relationships.
  • Profound knowledge of diagnosing, troubleshooting, and maintaining water treatment systems and related industrial equipment.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
