Job Responsibilities
  • Implement critical technology solutions across multiple technical domains, ensuring the highest level of quality and reliability.
  • Develop secure high-quality production code and review code written by others, driving excellence in software engineering practices.
  • Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors and internal teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Drive awareness and use of new and leading-edge technologies within the organization, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 3+ years of experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in programming principles and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in Java, Spring, Microservices, NoSQL, JUnit, Cucumber and AWS, showcasing expertise in modern software development methodologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of one or more programming languages, including Java, with a focus on writing clean, efficient and well-documented code.
  • Experience working with databases and ability to write SQL queries, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods, such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency and Security, driving efficiency and quality in software delivery.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with a focus on collaboration, flexibility and rapid adaptation to change.
