Startup Entrepreneurship Liaison

This role is perfect for a passionate and driven individual who wants to work with startups and entrepreneurship. As a Support & Marketing Associate, you will have the opportunity to see entrepreneurship and venture capital from many angles.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, offering personalized assistance and proactive support.
• Review applications to incubation and acceleration programs, and follow best practices for acceptance.
• Host scheduled Q&A sessions with customers, addressing their concerns and providing expert guidance on products/services.
• Conduct and facilitate informative webinars to educate customers on key topics, program qualities, and best practices.
• Coordinate with design and product teams to improve website usability and conversion rates.
• Update and improve marketing materials copy to address changing customer needs.

• Availability to work a Sunday-Thursday schedule.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Business-level fluency in English.
• Comfort hosting live calls and webinars.
• Internet and computer proficiency.

The ideal candidate has a passion for startups and entrepreneurship, is self-motivated, and enjoys tackling challenges head-on. They prefer autonomy over hand-holding and don't need a lot of oversight to get things done.
