Job Title: AI Automation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AI-based automation systems and algorithms, as well as in-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms and automated order management systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven systems that can automatically place orders from our website to supplier websites for e-bike purchases. They will also develop AI algorithms to sync pricing data from multiple supplier websites to ensure real-time updates on product prices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI-driven systems that can automatically place orders from our website to supplier websites for e-bike purchases.
  • Develop AI algorithms to sync pricing data from multiple supplier websites to ensure real-time updates on product prices.
  • Automatically update product prices on our website when changes occur on supplier/dealer websites, ensuring consistency between our platform and the supplier/dealer's pricing.
  • Manage an automated system for order fulfillment, ensuring that once an order is placed on our site, it triggers an order with the supplier, which then ships directly to the customer.
  • Work closely with the development and IT teams to integrate AI solutions with our existing inventory management system, ensuring seamless data flow between suppliers, dealers, and customers.
  • Ensure that inventory data is synchronized and updated between our system and supplier websites.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize the AI shipping system to improve efficiency and reduce errors in the order process.
  • Continuously monitor the system to ensure that orders are being processed smoothly, shipping is on schedule, and customers are receiving their orders without delay.
  • Generate reports on the performance of the AI shipping system and recommend improvements.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with AI-based automation systems and algorithms.
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms and automated order management systems.
  • Ability to integrate third-party systems and APIs for seamless data flow.
  • Familiarity with web scraping tools to extract pricing data from supplier websites.
  • Strong technical background, with experience in database management and system integration.
  • Knowledge of shipping logistics and supply chain management.
  • Experience with dynamic pricing and real-time product price updates across different platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing AI-powered applications for e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with e-bike or similar product supply chains.
  • Background in integrating inventory management systems with supplier networks.
