Junior Quality Assurance Specialist

This is a full-time position for an experienced and detail-oriented individual who will work on testing software applications and systems to verify that they function according to customer specifications and requirements.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough tests on software applications to identify bugs, verify functionality, and ensure the software meets customer requirements
  • Develop test cases and scripts to execute testing procedures
  • Report identified issues through a designated tracking system and ensure they are resolved
  • Conduct regression testing to verify that previously resolved issues do not reoccur
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand software requirements and provide feedback on design and implementation
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex problems
  • Knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience with test case design and execution
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC)
