**Senior Full Stack Developer Job Opportunity**

**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our application and AI development projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming, experience with AI/ML development, and excellent communication skills.

The role will involve designing, developing, and deploying web and mobile applications, building scalable backend systems, and implementing machine learning models using popular frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop web and mobile Apps, including AI integration based on Figma designs.
  • Create scalable backend systems with clean, modular, and well-tested code.
  • Implement and fine-tune machine learning models using popular frameworks (e.g., Langchain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Design and build AI agents including vector DB's (Pinecone), RAG, long term memory and embedding.
  • Work with data pipelines – data collection, cleansing, preprocessing, and transformation.
  • Deploy applications using Docker, Fast API/Flask, and REST APIs.
  • Manage full application lifecycle: development, deployment (cloud), monitoring, and post-deployment support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Document and communicate project progress effectively.
**Requirements**

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Python (OOP, functional programming, scripting).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and model development.
  • Experience with machine learning libraries: Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Proficiency in RESTful API development (Django, Flask/FastAPI, Node).
  • Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, firebase).
  • Knowledge of software engineering best practices (version control, testing, code reviews).
  • Able to design and deploy services in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Digital Ocean).
  • Experience working on Linux-based environments and shell scripting.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow).
  • Knowledge of AI/ML model deployment & monitoring in production.
