Senior Consultant Insights - Quantitative

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant Insights - Quantitative to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for independently designing research projects, executing and delivering tracking dips for key accounts with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate client inputs to update questionnaires.
  2. Finalize bilingual questionnaires after receiving client feedback.
  3. Develop English & Urdu scripts in collaboration with project management and clients.
  4. Prepare field Master Kit documents with project management input.
  5. Conduct Master Briefing Sessions to train the field team.
  6. Monitor Interviewer Briefing, Mock sessions and Fieldwork Execution.
  7. Resolve queries raised by project management team, field team and other functions.
  8. Monitor Quality Control Procedures & Outputs with project management.
  9. Ensure project is conducted according to protocols and client expectations.
  10. Meet project timelines as committed.
  11. Develop analysis plans with project management input.
  12. Finalize data files with project management assistance.
  13. Understand client business questions and requirements through discovery sessions.
  14. Presentation of research findings in a project report.
  15. Present the report to the client after receiving feedback.
  16. Establish healthy working relationships with clients.
  17. Familiarize with industry dynamics and client business.
  18. Understand client team members and communicate accordingly.
  19. Communicate and coordinate with clients throughout the project process.
  20. Handle simple client project queries regarding research inputs and outputs.
  21. Seek senior guidance on complex client queries.
  22. Coordinate with finance team for project recording and invoicing.
  23. Collaborate with clients on timely payments of invoices and project renewals.
Requirements:
  • Post-Graduation degree in Business Administration (preferably marketing).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in research.
  • Analytical ability with strong numeracy skills.
  • Business writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Basic commercial skills (cost and time management).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Marketing knowledge and understanding of marketing research principles.
  • Willingness to travel for project briefings and accompaniment.
