Senior Business Development Strategist

About the Role:

We seek an experienced Senior Business Development Strategist to drive our growth and expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling proposals, effectively communicating our value proposition, and showcasing our capabilities.

The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end bidding process, from initial client interaction to project closure. They will conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies, analyze pricing models to enhance our competitive advantage, and develop effective communication plans to nurture client relationships.

To succeed in this role, you will work closely with our technical team to ensure accurate project estimations, collaborate with internal teams to gather information for proposals and project requirements, and coordinate with project managers to ensure a smooth transition from bidding to project initiation.

The Senior Business Development Strategist will also prepare and maintain documentation related to proposals, contracts, and client communications, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded in relevant systems.

In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, a minimum 2 years of experience as an Online Bidder on platforms like Upwork, and a deep understanding of software development processes and technologies.
