Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders on queries relating to the aircraft maintenance work package.
  • Create and update aircraft maintenance check packages.
  • Prepare and distribute Works Programs for aircraft maintenance checks.
  • Preparation and distribution of Daily Shortage Sheets (DSS).
  • Raise Purchase Requests (PR) for Purchase On Behalf (POB).
  • Prepare and distribute Planned Transit Listings for In-house and Out-house repair / exchange / overhaul.
  • Coordinate Input Meetings [virtual or physical] including invitation of customer representatives.
  • Adhere to Planning milestones.
  • Liaise with Standards and/or Check Planners on details of the aircraft maintenance work package.
  • Prepare and distribute Bills of Material (BOM) required for the aircraft maintenance check.
  • Prepare and distribute Bills of Tools (BOT) required for the aircraft maintenance check.
  • Prepare task cards and attachment, including trade and area stamping, required for aircraft maintenance checks.
  • Upload SAP orders for the aircraft maintenance check.
Required Skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with good interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience working with formulas, filtering, and sorting.
  • Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
  • Related working experience in Base Maintenance environments is advantageous.
  • Ability to engage with customers effectively via emails and phone calls.
  • Ability to meet timelines and milestones.
