Job Opportunity: Senior Transformation Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the transformation of our core banking systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the delivery of a next-generation Core Banking platform that enhances operational efficiency, customer experience, and business agility.

This pivotal position demands exceptional expertise, vision, and execution capabilities. The right individual will lead collaboration with key stakeholders, leverage cutting-edge technologies, and ensure seamless and robust transformation that aligns with our strategic objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end management of the core banking transformation program from start to implementation across 6 geographies.
  • Ownership of specific functions on large-scale transformation of core banking systems.
  • Collaboration with disciplinary teams and senior management across departments.
  • Definition, design, and finalization of test cases and test plans for the unit.
  • Engagement with stakeholders across business units and geographies.
  • Maintenance of strong project governance for all activities.
  • Planning and execution of multiple rounds of testing prior to implementation.
  • Maintenance of documentation of all processes, including changes.
  • Development of talent specializing in the new core banking platform.
  • Alignment of Technology, COEs, Country Ops Heads, PMO, Compliance, Risk, and ISG with challenges and work streams of implementing the Core upgrade.
