About the Role:

We are looking for an IT Director to lead our technology team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, systems, and developments.

  1. Provide day-to-day support to SAP B1 users
  2. Coordinate with SAP B1 consultant/partners
  3. SAP B1 user creation, license management/deployment
  4. Add-on installation on server and users
  5. Add-on testing of SAP B1 configuration/changes
  6. Daily online backup, data backup, veem backup
  7. SQL Server backup/restore
  8. Hardware, Network, Servers (Tower)
  9. Firewall (Sophos), security, UPS, CCTV management
  10. Multiple offices/branches/port handling with IT infrastructure
  11. Internet lease line, P2P, modem configuration, Wi-Fi knowledge
  12. Video Conferencing, hardware & network procurement, configuration, installation, and maintenance
  13. Identifying vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, and opportunities for improvement
  14. Ensuring reported issues are resolved in a timely manner
  15. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  16. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
