Job Title: Media Strategist

About the Job

This is a mid-senior level full-time role in Marketing and Sales where you will be responsible for developing comprehensive media buying strategies tailored to Meta and TikTok, with consideration for Pinterest, Snapchat, and other platforms.

  1. Develop media buying plans that meet campaign objectives and budget allocation.
  2. Create and manage advertising campaigns across Meta and TikTok, including campaign setup, ad creation, targeting, and optimization.
  3. Conduct thorough audience research and analysis to identify relevant targeting options and optimize campaign performance.
  4. Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and achieve KPIs.
  5. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives optimized for Meta and TikTok platforms.
  6. Stay updated on market trends, platform updates, and best practices for Meta and TikTok advertising.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of international experience in media buying, focusing on Meta and TikTok advertising platforms.
  • Must have experience in running ads for international ecommerce.
  • Media Buying: Must have managed monthly ad spend over $50k.
  • Revenue: Must have worked with brands with revenues over $1M+ a month.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, research, communication, and collaboration skills.
