Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of the applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and algorithms. Experience with cloud infrastructure, such as AWS, is also desirable. In addition, proficiency in Git and CI tools is expected.

Responsibilities include:
  • Designing and developing software solutions using Ruby on Rails.
  • Maintaining and improving existing codebase to ensure scalability and performance.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Implementing secure and reliable RESTful web services using XML, JSON, and SOAP.
  • Ensuring seamless integration with Git and CI tools.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
