The position of Cloud System Engineer requires expertise in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure and Office 365. Key responsibilities include administering cloud services, configuring and managing Microsoft Office 365 services, and ensuring seamless connectivity for end-users. Additionally, the role demands knowledge of cloud billing management and license management for cloud products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience working with multinational environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage Microsoft Azure services, including virtual machines (VMs), virtual networks, storage, and backups.
  • Configure and manage Microsoft Office 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
  • Tenant configuration and management.
  • Manage Microsoft Intune for device management and ensure the integration of mobile and endpoint devices with Azure AD.
  • Azure Entra-ID (Identity Management), manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
  • Manage Active Directory (on-premises) and Azure Active Directory synchronization, policies, and user access.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience working with Microsoft Azure and related cloud services (Office 365, Azure AD).
  • Previous experience in a helpdesk or IT support role, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Education: BCS, MCS, Masters in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
