Regional Sales Development Manager

About this role:

Serve as a Regional Representative, recruiting education agents, conducting field visits, and driving student applications and sales through agent partnerships. This is a commission-only role for individuals confident in delivering results and motivated by earnings based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and onboard education agents to promote Study in Asia programs.
  • Conduct field visits and outreach to identify new agent partners and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Train and support agents to effectively market programs and use our digital platforms.
  • Monitor agent performance and assist them in reaching their student application targets.
  • Generate direct applications/sales where appropriate and support regional student acquisition efforts.
  • Report regularly on regional activity, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in agent recruitment, student recruitment, sales, or business development, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within your region.
  • Familiarity with the education sector and local market dynamics.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, digital communication platforms, and online application systems.

Each representative's success will be measured against key performance indicators (KPIs) including but not limited to, number of agents recruited, student applications generated, and sales revenue. Regular progress updates and feedback sessions will ensure that all parties are informed and aligned with goals and objectives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with agents and other stakeholders.
