Digital Marketing Assistant Job

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. You will be working directly with clients, managing digital tasks and supporting their online marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute day-to-day digital marketing tasks for clients.
  • Assist with social media management (content scheduling, engagement, basic graphics).
  • Run and monitor email marketing campaigns.
  • Help manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads – depending on experience).
  • Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Conduct keyword and competitor research.
  • Coordinate with internal team and clients through email and virtual meetings.
  • Create and manage content calendars.
  • Provide administrative support when needed.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Must be available to work during US business hours.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Familiar with tools such as:
    • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
    • Meta Business Suite / Facebook Ads Manager.
    • Canva or similar graphic tools.
    • Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
    • Project management tools (Trello, ClickUp, or Asana).
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
