Job Description

We are seeking candidates for a Management Consultant position. This role will provide strategic, unbiased, and objective advisory services to clients, assisting them in improving business processes and overall performance.

The primary responsibilities include providing direct consultative support, fostering positive client relationships, making recommendations for improved business processes, managing on-site resources, and providing the necessary support to meet client business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stay aware of new opportunities.
  • Support clients in utilizing asset management tools and reporting capabilities.
  • Manage workload scheduling for on-site resources.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, providing knowledge and assistance in Process Improvement, Change Management, and data analysis.
  • Assist clients and on-site resources with data collection and analysis.
  • Track and report on project status to the Project Manager.
  • Ensure proper and ongoing communication with the client and management team.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. 2 years of experience in managing resources and performing data analysis.
  2. Strong interpersonal skills and previous experience working on client sites.
  3. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and potentially multiple projects.
  4. Ability to work in a matrixed team environment.
  5. Experience with MS Office Suite, including MS Project.
  6. An MBA or MS in Finance, Management, or HR is preferred but not required (depending on relevant experience).
