App and Web Sales Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled App and Web Sales Specialist to join our team, specializing in sales of app and web development services. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in the tech industry, with specific expertise in app or web development sales. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to help businesses grow and achieve their digital goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the app and web sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions from our service portfolio.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about the latest trends and competitors in the USA/UK market.
  • Present and demonstrate our development services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing feedback to management on market trends.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.

Requirements:
  1. Proven sales experience in app or web development services.
  2. In-depth knowledge of the USA market, including key industry players, market trends, and customer needs.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical clients.
  5. Self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset.
  6. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
