We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Liaison in our organization.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we continue to grow and expand our services. The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as a liaison between our customers and clients, providing assistance with their inquiries, issues, new orders, service delivery requirements, billing, and any other queries.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong customer-centric attitude. They will also be proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and have a good command over English with an American or Neutral accent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and/or services.
  • Collaborate and build relationships with customers to strengthen service competitiveness.
  • Communicate timely back to customers, track, and resolve any issues regarding the service.
  • Contribute to customer development roles.
  • Ensure a positive Customer Experience ultimately leading to a good Quality Assurance (QA) Score.

Job Requirements:

  • O Levels/Matric or above.
  • Age limit: 18-45.
  • Excellent command over English, with good American or Neutral accent.
  • Proficiency with MS Office particularly MS Excel.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability.
  • Customer-centric attitude.
  • Emotional Intelligence and Critical Thinking.
  • Self-motivated, assertive, and responsive.
