Job Title: Residential Safety Guardian

Description:

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Residential Safety Guardian, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our residents.

  • As a Residential Safety Guardian, you will be responsible for providing a strong and visible presence to prevent vandalism, theft, personal injury, and other criminal acts within and around the community.
  • You will need to monitor all four access gates, prevent unauthorized entry, including potential trespassing over the boundary walls, and protect SV-5, its residents, and their properties.
  • In addition, you will be required to respond promptly in emergencies, remain active, alert, and vigilant at all times, and report any suspicious or criminal activity within and around the community.
  • Your duties will include monitoring the CCTV system continuously, ensuring its proper functioning, and reporting to your duty post at least 15 minutes before your shift to ensure a smooth handover from the outgoing guard.
  • You will be expected to maintain professionalism at all times, behave respectfully towards everyone, and follow any additional responsibilities or instructions provided by the Security Supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Reading and writing in English (basic understanding)
  • Ability to take and understand instructions
  • Ability to enter details of visitors in the Visitors Register at the Security Guard Room
  • Remain calm and composed in pressure situations
