Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Manager to join our team at Med Lab Services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administration or management, with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as B.com, BSC, BS administration/management, or BBA. An MBA is also preferred.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with HR to develop and maintain office policies as needed.
  • Establish and implement efficient office operations and procedures.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords to ensure timely invoicing and payment of services.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Oversee office services by organizing office operations, managing correspondences, designing filing systems, reviewing supply requisitions, and assigning clerical tasks effectively.
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and executing equipment procurement, layouts, and office systems.
  • Analyze special projects and keep management informed of progress.
  • Ensure office financial objectives are met by preparing annual budgets, analyzing expenditures, and making necessary corrections.
  • Design and implement effective filing systems.
  • Maintain the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
Key Specifications:
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in office management.
  • Proficiency in accounting and inventory management software.
