Job Title: Senior Architectural Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced architectural specialist to join our team.

This role will involve working on various international projects, providing innovative design solutions and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

  • Conduct initial design consultations and understand client requirements.
  • Develop outline design proposals and concept designs.
  • Produce detailed design and coordination documents.
  • Prepare comprehensive construction drawings.
  • Conduct site inspections and design reviews.
  • Ensure all architectural work complies with RIBA standards and client specifications.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including quantity surveyors and structural engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in RIBA standards and stages of work.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools.
  • Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent design and visualization skills.
  • Experience in project management and coordination.
  • Ability to create detailed construction drawings and documents.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with site inspections and ensuring design compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Certification or familiarity with RIBA standards.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
