Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to lead the execution of promotional and marketing initiatives.

Campaign Planning & Execution:
The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and manage all promotional campaigns from start to finish, including sales events, product launches, and seasonal promotions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign goals are met. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.

Cross-Departmental Coordination:
The successful candidate will work closely with design, e-commerce, and advertising teams to ensure all campaign assets (graphics, listings, ads) are created on time and aligned with campaign objectives. Foster open communication and coordination across departments to ensure seamless project execution. Regularly monitor campaign performance and make adjustments as needed.

Project Management:
The Campaign Manager will develop and manage detailed promotional calendars to ensure all deadlines are met and stakeholders are informed. Utilize project management tools to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and optimize resource allocation. Analyze campaign performance data to inform future marketing strategies.

Performance Tracking:
The position requires collaboration with marketing analysts to monitor campaign performance and track key metrics such as ROI, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost. Provide regular updates to leadership on campaign performance and suggest areas for improvement. Recommend optimization strategies based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:
We are looking for a results-driven professional with a proven track record of managing successful e-commerce campaigns. Experience with data analysis, digital marketing channels, and e-commerce platforms is desirable.
