Key Responsibilities:

  • Delegate cleaning and maintenance responsibilities to team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.", "
  • Conduct routine maintenance inspections to identify and address potential issues promptly.", "
  • Monitor the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots and outdoor recreation spaces.", "
  • Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.", "
  • Support maintenance and installation work as needed, including hands-on problem-solving and technical tasks.", "
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.", "
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, supplies, and equipment inventory.", "
  • Ensure proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security system vendors or a team of security professionals.", "
  • Maintain day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders.", "
  • Prepare facilities for changing weather conditions.", "
  • Collaborate with building owners and upper management on budgeting for facilities needs.", "
", "Qualifications and Experience:", "

  • Bachelor's degree or certification in facilities management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.", "
  • Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance supervision, or a similar role.", "
  • Advanced mechanical and plumbing skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.", "
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and other building systems, including electrical and structural components.", "
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform labor-intensive tasks as needed.", "
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.", "
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team.", "
