Digital Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to lead our team in developing and executing effective conversion marketing strategies.

This role requires a strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads and its various applications.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing paid advertising campaigns across Search, Display, and Video platforms.
  2. Analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
  3. Conducting keyword research and creating compelling ad copy to engage target audiences.
  4. Maintaining and optimizing campaigns daily to ensure maximum efficiency.
  5. Identifying and addressing campaign concerns, working closely with platform support teams to resolve issues.
  6. Creating regular reports for internal review and client updates.
  7. Facilitating communication between vendors and stakeholders to guarantee project success.
  8. Collaborating with the Account Management Team to achieve shared client goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  1. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  2. A proven track record of improving account performance for Google PPC campaigns.
  3. At least 2 years of experience in conversion marketing, preferably within e-commerce or real estate.
  4. The ability to manage complex client projects with multiple stakeholders.
  5. Proficiency in digital analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights from data and apply them to optimization efforts.
  7. A keen eye for design and the ability to create engaging ad concepts using basic design principles.
