Senior SEO Manager

As a Senior SEO Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality traffic to our websites and clients' websites, generating leads, and increasing conversions. Your key responsibility will be to work closely with content writers to achieve SEO objectives.

  • You will direct and delegate tasks to junior SEO executives to ensure maximum results.
  • Ability to lead a team of SEO and Social Media experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead keyword research and optimization of the website.
  • Conduct on-site and off-site analysis of web SEO competition.
  • Create performance reports from Google Analytics for webpages ranking.
  • Direct/Delegate the tasks to junior SEO executives on SEO efforts and local listing.
  • Stay up to date with Google search engine ranking updates and plan accordingly with writers and developers.
  • Discover lucrative back linking opportunities and coordinate with writers on these findings.
  • Perform technical SEO audit from time to time and work with developers to resolve issues.
  • Keep track of the website and plan for updating old content for optimal ranking.
  • Work effectively with the team.
  • Maintain proper documentation of keywords and ranking.
  • Utilize Google Search Console for planning content.
  • Keep a keen eye on competitors.
  • Plan content with the writers in advance.
  • Candidates should be able to work on multiple websites of different or similar nature.
  • Knowledge of all basic and advanced SEO standards is essential.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Conduct off-page, content, and link profile analysis.
  • Conduct on-page/technical SEO analysis.
  • Contribute to internal strategy meetings to define effective strategies and SEO practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry techniques for SEO and content marketing.
  • Communicate with clients via email and over the phone.
  • Manage social media pages.
  • Develop an effective and engaging social media strategy.
  • Supervise social media content.
  • Ensure the success of every social media campaign.

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (BSCS) or Master's degree in Computer Science.
  • BSIT degree also considered.

Experience: Minimum 4 years of SEO experience in the Software/IT Industry required.
