Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the day-to-day financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage all aspects of financial operations, including cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and implement annual budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports to stakeholders, including senior executives and board members.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations, including income tax, sales tax, and excise tax.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced Degree in Accounting or Finance: A degree in accounting or finance is required for this role.
  • 3-4 Years of Experience in Finance: The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in an IT company or software house.
  • Strong Financial Management Skills: The ability to manage financial data, prepare financial reports, and make informed financial decisions is essential for this role.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills are required to manage and motivate a team of financial professionals.
