This is a contract position for the right candidate.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Deputy Director. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading a team and overseeing various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals and ensure successful project implementation.
  • Maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 16 years of education in Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Degrees must be attested from HEC.
  • Preferably 2 years of experience.

Location:

Candidates must be residents of the specified tehsil as per CNIC/Domicile.

Selection Process:

  • Candidates will undergo a written test.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
  • A sample test is available at https://careers.nadra.gov.pk/.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Original documents must be brought for the test and interview.
  • Only female candidates will be considered for female NRCs.
  • Employees serving in government/semi-government departments must provide NOC.
  • Attested degrees/certificates from HEC/respective educational boards must be provided.
  • A 6-month probation period applies.
  • Medical fitness and character certificates must be provided.
  • No request for transfer will be entertained.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible.
  • Females, minority, transgender, and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
