As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our business. This leadership position requires a strong focus on performance management, coaching, and mentorship.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of advisors to achieve targets, reviewing performance and providing guidance as needed.
  2. Implement performance goals and monitor progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to address them.
  3. Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to improve results.
  4. Collaborate with workforce management to optimize staffing levels and ensure service level goals are met.
  5. Manage schedules, attendance, and time-off planning to maintain high productivity levels.
  6. Promote a positive and professional work environment, effectively managing sensitive issues.
  7. Liaise with other departments to resolve operational challenges and drive process improvements.

Requirements for Success:

  1. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a contact center.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  3. Able to analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
