About the RoleThe Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies that support our organizational goals and objectives. This includes managing employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, talent development, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities- HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with our organizational goals and objectives.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relationships by providing guidance, support, and conflict resolution services.
- Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Talent Development: Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, leading to improved performance and productivity.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement effective performance management systems that promote employee growth and development.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
