Animation and Creative Lead

We are seeking a talented Animation and Creative Lead to join our team. As a key member of our animation department, you will be responsible for creating engaging animations, managing projects, and collaborating with designers and other artists to deliver high-quality results.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Animation Production: You will be responsible for producing animations that meet the highest standards of quality and creativity, including entertainment and educational content, e-learning courses, interactive planning tools, and websites related to IT and management training programs.
  • Content Development: Along with animation, you will be responsible for developing media products and content, including collaborating with art and creative directors to create animations for target clients, producing animations, storyboards, and scenarios based on creative briefs, and supporting illustrators and designers in conceptual sketches for storyboard development.
  • Tech Requirements: You must be proficient in using and managing the latest designing and animation tools, including Dreamweaver, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Freehand, Indesign, Visio, Fireworks, Macromedia Flash, Director, 3D Studio, Maya, Logic Pro, ActionScript, audio and video assets, Flex, GarageBand, Soundtrack, SoundForge, Quark, OmniGraffle, After Effects, Framemaker, Final Cut, etc.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Macromedia Flash, After Effects, Final Cut, 3D Studio, Maya, Logic Pro, Action Script: You must have experience with these software applications.
  • Basic Knowledge of Animation & Illustrations: A basic understanding of animation and illustration principles is required.
  • Familiarity with Sound Recording Concepts & Techniques: You must be familiar with sound recording concepts and techniques.
  • Knowledge of Latest Technologies in Designing & Animation: You must stay up-to-date with the latest technologies in designing and animation.
  • Understanding of Best Practices for Web-Based Digital Video Production and E-Learning Program Production/Delivery: You must understand best practices for web-based digital video production and e-learning program production/delivery.
Skills Required:
  • Self-Motivated, Multitasking Team Player: You must be self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Strong Communication and Organizational Skills: You must have strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to Build Exciting Animations: You must be able to build exciting animations for a wide variety of characters while adhering to character design constraints.
  • Proactive Communication with Coworkers: You must be able to proactively communicate with coworkers, including designers, programmers, and other artists and illustrators.
  • Ability to Multi-Task and Deliver High-Quality Work: You must be able to multi-task and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
  • Capability to Work Independently or Within a Team Environment: You must be able to work independently or within a team environment.
  • Knowledge and Concepts of Designing: You must have knowledge and concepts of designing.
  • Excellent Character Animation Skills: You must have excellent character animation skills.
Educational Requirements:
  • Graduate from a Well-Known University/College: You must be a graduate from a well-known university/college.
  • Diploma from a Graphic Institute: A diploma from a graphic institute is also acceptable.
