This role requires analyzing and interpreting data, providing confidential psychological support, and engaging with local stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and supporting media fellowship activities in the province.
  • Ensuring participating journalists receive necessary information and resources.
  • Maintaining records of media content and reporting trends related to GBV.
  • Coordinating logistics and workshops for fellows.
  • Developing technical materials, press releases, and talking points.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Effective stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
  • Enhanced media engagement on GBV issues through collaboration with civil society organizations.
  • Facilitating workshops and discussions between journalists and GBV experts.

Deliverables:

  • Tracking and documenting media coverage related to project activities.
  • Providing regular reports on media engagement and coverage impact.
  • Ensuring alignment with project objectives and donor requirements.
  • Reporting of provincial media fellowship activities.
  • Maintaining a repository of stories produced by fellows.
  • Collecting and documenting stories and other required materials.
  • Completing additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
