Digital Learning Solutions Manager

We are seeking a Digital Learning Solutions Manager to lead the development and implementation of digital learning initiatives. This role will involve driving the integration of instructional design methodologies, e-learning technologies, and educational tools to enhance employee learning and engagement.

This position requires a forward-thinking leader with strong experience in instructional design, digital learning platforms, and project management, capable of leading digital transformation in employee development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learning Strategy Development: Develop and implement the organization's digital learning strategy. Lead the adoption and integration of innovative learning technologies.
  • Content Development: Oversee the design and creation of engaging e-learning content, courses, and interactive training modules. Work with internal subject matter experts to convert traditional training into digital formats.
  • Platform Optimization: Manage and optimize digital learning platforms and tools to ensure seamless delivery of content and reporting.
  • Training Programs: Design and conduct training programs for internal teams on effective use of digital learning tools. Support staff with instructional design and digital content creation.
  • Program Assessment: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital learning programs. Analyze learner engagement and feedback to optimize outcomes and continuously improve content.
RequirementsQualification and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in digital learning, instructional design, or education technology.
  • Proven experience in leading digital transformation in learning and development.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while mentoring cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with LMS platforms, authoring tools, and data-driven decision-making.
