Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP professional to join our team as a Procurement Solutions Expert.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and developing SAP solutions, managing procurement processes, and providing expert-level support in troubleshooting technical issues.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • SAP Implementation and Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop solutions for end-to-end business processes aligned with organizational strategies.
  • Procurement Process Management: Ensure adherence to Enterprise Architecture and IT service management standards while managing procurement processes.
  • SAP Solutions Expertise: Demonstrate hands-on expertise in SAP solutions, including ECC & S/4 HANA Material Management and SAP Ariba.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot L3-level tickets, incidents, and service requests in line with ITSM standards (ISO 20000).
  • Supplier Collaboration: Design new solutions for supplier collaboration using SAP Fiori and Webdynpro platforms.
  • Project Implementation Methodologies: Familiarity with project implementation methodologies like Agile (Scrum), Activate Methodology, and Solution Manager.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in SAP procurement solutions.
  • Certifications: SAP Certified in MM and Ariba.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills, excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
