Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Generix Solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in the software/IT industry and be able to develop strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct sales visits and identify new business opportunities through strategic partnerships.
  2. Presentation and demonstration of products and services to enhance our market presence.
  3. Maintain accurate records of sales performance and customer interactions to inform future strategies.
  4. Attend industry conferences, trade exhibitions, and meetings to expand our network and stay updated on market trends.
  5. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  6. Negotiate contracts and packages that meet client needs and company goals.
  7. Achieve monthly and annual targets by developing effective strategies and executing them successfully.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  1. A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., M.com, MBA, BBA).
  2. A minimum of 1 year of experience in selling ERP enterprise software solutions.
  3. The ability to lead and manage multiple opportunities concurrently.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. The capacity to execute complex tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  6. A willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team while also working independently when needed.
