High-Performance Boiler Supervisor

Job Overview

The Boiler Operator will be responsible for overseeing the operation of boilers at a cogen plant and utilities department. This includes ensuring the proper functioning of tube wells for groundwater supply and efficient operation of wastewater treatment.

• Operate boilers to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records, including logbooks, daily reports, SAP notifications, production data, consumption data, and issuance from store.
• Ensure the quality of boiler feed water, boiler blow down, process water, and condensate return periodically during the shift.
• Control losses due to leakage of steam, water, gas, air, and condensate at all process plants.
• Ensure compliance with environmental policies and regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates should have a 1st Class Boiler Competency Certificate, 1-2 years of experience in operating and troubleshooting utilities plants, a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy, basic computer knowledge, and good communication skills.
