Siza International is a leading international company seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our Lahore, Pakistan office. As a key member of our team, you will drive business growth by managing, training, and motivating the sales team.
Main Responsibilities:- Team Management: Oversee the performance of the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
- Distribution Network: Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
- Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned territory, setting targets for the sales team and monitoring their progress.
- Customer Insights: Collect customer feedback and market insights, reporting back to the organization to inform business decisions.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales team performance, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
