Workflow Automation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Workflow Automation Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with department leads to enhance processes and ensure seamless execution.
- Document and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new and existing processes.
- Design and manage automations using HubSpot Workflows and Zapier to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations to ensure reliability and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate documentation of automations per department.
- Provide onboarding and administrative support within the Business Operations team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with HubSpot backend (automations, object/data management).
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Zapier (creating and refining workflows).
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace—especially Google Sheets.
- Naturally curious, eager to learn new tools, and always looking for better ways to do things.
- Able to break down complex processes and communicate clearly.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Apollo.io or Instantly.ai.
- A knack for solving problems and a proactive approach.
- Great attention to detail—especially when working with data.
